God Got His Hands Dirty

                                   Foreword

Revival…What is it? Why should we pursue it?
Where will it occur? When will it happen?

How can it be experienced? Who can usher it in? These are
just a few of the questions that have been posed to me, in one
form or another, over the last 17 years of evangelistic ministry.
In our current church culture, revival has been misunderstood,
misrepresented, misused, and because of such is now missing in
             action.
As well, the ministries of the evangelist and prophet have been
perverted, problematic, and powerless thus destroying the biblical
potential for these God ordained off ices. “And he gave some,
apostles; and some prophets; and some, evangelists; and some,
pastors and teachers…” (Ephesians 4:11 KJV) Some no longer
believe that the aforementioned are applicable or relevant in
today’s culture. Others have never been biblically educated in, nor
experienced, the benefits produced by these scriptural precepts,
persons, and practices. Yet, there are many who desire to reap the
natural/spiritual bounty produced through revival, evangelists,
and prophets, but they are hindered by a lack of information and
             handicapped in implementation.

Thus, I have partnered with my friend Bob Brock in the
production and publication of this book. Brock has served in
ministry for some 60 years. He has functioned in multiple roles,
including that of pastor and evangelist. His ministry experience
has spanned the gamut of large church/small church, rural/urban,
